Mr. Moseng has 30 plus years of railroad experience with BNSF and its predecessors in the mechanical engineering department. He is currently Manager of Mechanical Engineering and has worked mainly in corporate offices. He is responsible for writing new car, repair and modification specifications, and works with car builders and contract shops to manufacture, modify and refurbish BNSF rolling stock, including maintaining necessary documentation and providing field support. He has been a member and served terms as Chairman of the now Coupling System and Truck Castings Committee formerly Cushioning and Draft Systems and former Coupler and Draft Gear Subcommittee since 1993. He has also been a member and served terms as officer on the Intermodal Car Performance Subcommittee since 1994. Back
Chuck Stephens
Mr. Stephens has been employed with CSXT for 9 years. He has held positions as Quality Supervisor and General Foreman at CSXT's major car repair facility in Raceland, KY. Currently he is the Manager of Car Design located in Jacksonville, FL. Back
David Cackovic
Mr. Cackovic holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and has 20 years of experience in engineering management, standards development and management, and railroad component research and testing. He is currently Chief, Technical Standards and Inspections, Transportation Technology Center Inc., a subsidiary of the Association of American Railroads. From 1996 through 2002 he held the position of Executive Director, Engineering Services and Programs, where he was responsible for Mechanical, Civil, and Metallurgical Engineering operations at the TTC. David was Chair of the ASME Rail Transportation Division in 2004-2005. Back
Mickey Clark
Mr. Clark has 16 years experience in railroad product and test engineering. He is currently Manager of Design Verification and Testing for Amsted Rail Group's Test Engineering Center located in Granite City, IL. The Test Engineering Center performs full scale static and dynamic testing of freight car sideframe, bolster, coupler, draft sill and other castings. They also perform chemical, mechanical and metallographic analysis of castings. Back
