The Membership of the Mechanical Association Railcar Technical Services (MARTS) voted to increase the term served by our President. The term will be two years beginning with the September Annual Membership meeting at which the incoming President is elected. This change to the By-laws became effective September 20, 2005. As a result of this action, President Ameen will continue to serve until September, 2006.
