2009 Conference Registration Information
For 2009, we offer on line and our traditional paper form registration of registration. Select the method that best suits your needs based on the explanation of each which is provided above each selection.
Pre-Register Prior to September 9, 2009 for the 2009 conference and pay the same as Last year as follows:
Conference Registration Fees: $150.00
Membership for 2009-2010: $50.00
Total cost of Conference: $200.00
After September 9, 2009, registration will be only available at the conference registration desk for the following Fee:
Conference Registration Fees: $200.00
Membership for 2009-2010: $50.00
Total cost of Conference: $250.00
2009 MARTS Conference and Chicago Hilton Registration
On Line pre-registration allows you to complete your registration on your computer and simply "click to forward" you registration information to the registration administrator. As with all methods of conference registration, you will receive a conformation. Payment via Visa or MasterCard must be used with this on line conference registration method. Click on the large yellow "On Line Registration" button below and fill in all required information fields. Please note that if you wish to return to the MARTS Web after registering, you must use your browser 'BACK' button.
Paper Form pre-registration allows you to print our traditional paper form and fax or mail it, along with your check, to the secretary treasurer's address of fax number found on the form. This is useful for those of you who are uncomfortable using a credit card on line or who plan to pay conference and membership fees by check. Simply click on the large yellow " Registration Form" button below and print the form. Please note that if you wish to return to the MARTS Web after printing your form, you must use your browser 'BACK' button.
